Jody... we paid for 1st choice out of a fantastic litter and was blessed by God with this puppy. Jody was shipped to us at 8 weeks of age and at nine weeks had killed and eaten one of our hens. When I went out and saw what she had done I scolded her and hoped that would be the end of it. The next morning we let her outside and she started tracking back and forth across the yard. She sniffed her way over to a pile of bushes and pulled out another one she had killed and hidden for later. That was at nine weeks. At the training sessions we go to weekly she has become the benchmark to which all the other dog owners compare their dogs. She now herds the chickens and rabbits into the barn every night and is really too smart to be a dog. Oh, did I mention that after the tornado hit Joplin, Missouri she was asked to look for victims? She and I made the front page of the Joplin Globe and Yahoo Times. She worked until her feet were so torn up and bloody I pulled her out. Three days later the man in charge of the search and rescue teams called and asked if she was healed enough to go again. We went, and found another victim several other dog teams had passed over and cleared. All this is before she even has her SchH title. She leaves for Germany soon and after talking to my trainer, the legendary Russ Osburn, we have decided to go all the way with her. She will get her SchH3 title and then compete in the working dog competitions against the best there is. This dog is something special and if you want puppies out of her you better plan on placing a request a couple of years in advance. I was asked recently if I would sell her for $10,000, and my answer was "no". Dogs like this don't come along every day. She will never be sold.

Jody - Pedigree coming soon!
Catty Mapet SchH1 came to us from Slovakia. Kim Rall from EurosportK9 contacted me and told me there was a top female for the competition ring for sale in Slovakia. We looked at her video and she was exactly what we were looking for. I sent the video to Russ Osburn and he agreed she was as good as there is out there. We bought her and, after looking at her pedigree, found out she was the granddaughter of his FH tracking champion Rony. (His legal name is Jeron. Click here to view him on the Pedigree Database.) Apparently he had been bred while very young in Slovakia before he was shipped to the US. Her father is also a SchH3 and is a stud dog here in the States. You just won't get better working lines than these.

Joining Apex Predator is "SG3, AD, VPG3, KKL1 Tess von der Linzer Aach". I'm not even going to try to explain how good this dog is. Watch the videos in the link below. The dog is just too good for words to describe.
